There is nothing more beautiful than a Winter proposal in New York City! I know it’s technically still Fall, but this proposal had such a cozy, romantic vibe that I’m labeling it a Winter one!! I loved everything about this couple…from the story of how they met, to the location Peter chose for the proposal…the restaurant where they had their first date! Peter asked his brother to set up props to set the mood for this pretty proposal and I swear, this building is so much more beautiful in person…the images just do NOT do it justice!! So amidst fighting off impending rain, a surprise ice delivery to the restaurant minutes before the couple arrived (!!!) and beating the sunset, this proposal went flawlessly!! The ring, Gina’s reaction, Peter’s perfect positioning while popping the question and his handmade sign…all amazing! And, because it’s my absolute favorite thing to hear…Gina not only said YES but she did not see the proposal coming, at all!! Love!! The joy and the laughter of this couple together is so contagious…just beautiful, sweet people!! Such a pleasure being their proposal photog. Congratulations, Gina and Peter! xo
