By a twist of fate and unexpected change in plans (thanks, Wave Hill! Boo!) Christine, Matt and I ended up at a GEM of a location for their gorgeous engagement session. Because I have to know the lighting situations at every location I shoot, I always ALWAYS do site visits to spots I’ve never been to. Our first pick was so beautiful and I was so excited to get these two in front of my camera there!! But it was not meant to be and thanks to Matt’s mom, we made the decision to head over to a location close by. And what a complete win this was! We were blessed with a beautiful day to begin with… but the pretty (and private!) paths that we stumbled on were perfection. It made for the perfect session with these two which is fitting because this couple is absolutely perfect! I’ve known Christine for over a decade and I was so excited to meet her love and get some hilarious laughs in throughout their session. I love watching these two interact because their chemistry is so strong. It’s so beautiful to watch! And speaking of watching…the way Matt looks at Christine is something that no photographer can stage or pose…that’s LOVE! I love these two so much and I’m so happy for them!!
